Mural Festival – Suaveciclo & Tagtool – Montreal, Canada (2022)

In June 2022, VJ Suave returned to Montreal to celebrate the 10th edition of the MURAL Festival, an international event that transforms Boulevard Saint-Laurent into a vast open-air museum. Amidst the vibrant atmosphere of street art and urban culture, the duo brought their Suaveciclo to the closed streets, engaging directly with the festival crowds.

As night fell, the audiovisual tricycle roamed the boulevard, projecting animated characters that interacted with the existing large-scale murals and the architecture of the Plateau-Mont-Royal district. The intervention created a dynamic layer of ephemeral light over the city’s permanent street art, creating a spontaneous dialogue between the digital animations, the physical artworks, and the public.
