European Capital of Culture 2026 – Suaveciclo – Trenčín, Slovakia 2026

As part of the Trenčín 2026 European Capital of Culture opening weekend, VJ Suave conducted immersive educational workshops focused on digital graffiti. Local children were invited to explore their creativity by drawing and animating characters in real-time using the Tagtool app. This hands-on experience allowed the young participants to become active co-creators of the urban art intervention.

Following the workshops, the children’s digital artworks were brought to life on the streets of Trenčín during the Zažni Mesto (Light up the city) festival. Using the Suaveciclo tricycle we projected the students animated creations onto buildings, trees, and sidewalks. This transformed the city into a moving, collaborative canvas that beautifully merged digital art, technology, and community participation.
